I made my Christmas shop in this Robert Stubbs wall-mounted Tudor house. I have so many beautiful Christmas items (including bought, made by me and received in swaps) that I wanted to be able to display them all year round.
I made the traditional Father Christmas. I bought the icon from the Orthodox church at Walsingham.
The painted Father Christmas is by the Stringers and the large Christmas tree by White Cottage Miniatures. The rabbit was a present from my husband.
The sleigh is by De Minilaars. I used an inexpensive doll to create the toy peddler.
(If you are in the UK and interested in joining a miniature swap group, take a look here http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dollshouseswapsUK/ ) If you would like to know more about anything, please contact me via my Guest Book (the form is designed to reduce spam, so please bear with me!).
